The Pizzo Group - Salem, WI
Habitat Restoration Services & Native Plant Nursery
Our Location: Salem, Wisconsin
Salem sits in the heart of Kenosha County, offering the ideal balance of small-town character, outstanding natural resources, and convenient access to southeastern Wisconsin’s fastest-growing communities.
Surrounded by lakes, wetlands, prairies, woodlands, and productive farmland and just minutes from Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, Burlington, and Lake Geneva, Salem places us where the need for professional ecological restoration is both strong and growing.
Why We Chose Salem
We selected Salem because it sits at the intersection of high-quality natural landscapes and rapid development. As communities expand, the pressure on remaining wetlands, prairies, shorelines, and woodlands increases. At the same time, more landowners, municipalities, and conservation partners are looking for experienced partners who can restore and steward these systems for the long term.
Salem gives us a central base to serve this need efficiently while staying rooted in the landscapes we care about.
What We Bring to the Region
From our Salem location, Pizzo Habitat Restoration provides the full range of services needed to protect and restore southeastern Wisconsin’s natural areas, including:
– Ecological restoration of prairies, wetlands, woodlands, and shorelines
– Invasive species management and native plant establishment
– Long-term natural area stewardship and monitoring
– Consultation and planning for municipalities, developers, and private landowners
– Hands-on project implementation backed by decades of regional experience
Our goal is simple: to help landowners and communities care for the natural landscapes that make this part of Wisconsin unique, now and for generations to come.
