Make a Difference, Help Us Restore Nature

We are dedicated to the preservation and restoration of our natural environment. Our mission is not just a commitment but a passion to rejuvenate and sustain the beauty of our planet for generations to come. Every team member checks off the following core values.

We seek to attract highly motivated individuals that want to work as a team and share in the commitment, responsibility, and discipline required to deliver on our mission. We invite you to join our team and help us restore nature. See open positions.

Hard & Rewarding Work

This work is not for the faint of heart. It is tough, dirty, yet highly rewarding. Working in the field requires constant study of where you are and what you are seeing. We provide training and certification opportunities, but you must have the drive and desire to learn independently. Ecology is a lifetime endeavor.

You must be prepared to work in the heat of the summer, the cold of the winter, and the long days when executing a prescribed fire.

Opportunities for Students

We provide the ideal environment for students pursuing degrees in ecological restoration while gaining highly valuable, hands-on experience in the field. See below for current internship openings.
