Danada Woods Homeowners Association (HOA) in Naperville, IL, is a residential community organization that serves the Danada Woods neighborhood. The community’s name is due to the close proximity to the Danada Forest Preserve, providing 797 acres of prairies, woods and wetlands. Its scenic rolling terrain offers trails, fishing, and picnicking areas. A large wetland complex on the west side of Naperville Road supports egrets, woodcocks, painted turtles, chorus and leopard frogs, and a rookery of nesting great blue herons. The Danada Woods HOA wanted a more natural, cost-effective way to maintain the functionality of the detention basin while providing a beautiful aesthetic for residents.
