Pizzo & Associates committed to managing and restoring the ecological balance of this homeowner’s land in Three Oaks, Michigan.
Our team reduced the competition for land resources by managing invasive and non-native vegetation through hand pulling, brush cutting, mowing and herbicide treatment as needed. This clearing encouraged opening of the land’s natural seed bank and immediately allowed our native seed, kindly collected and broadcasted, the chance to establish. Along with improved ecosystem resilience, habitat quality has been restored and the natural beauty of this land revitalized.
This lush prairie and serene wetland create a tapestry of generous and vibrant life. Not only supporting pollinators and local wildlife but offering a holistic retreat to its human visitors as well. The emotional balance, mental clarity and physical body benefits received from a visit here are both essential and undeniable.
